 Payments

- Payments can be made either through Paypal, Mastercard.

- For pre-order, only a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Once the item arrives at our Melbourne warehouse, our system will send an invoice and text message to request for the outstanding amount. If the outstanding amount is not paid 30 days after the invoice is sent, we will no longer reserve the item for you and your pre-order is cancelled.

 Shipping and Handling

- Once payment is received, all in-stock items will be shipped out within 24 hours.

- If the stock items are not shipped out, we will notify you within two business days.

- If you missed your item, please collect it within 7 days.

- If the item is returned as unclaimed, you will need to pay for the postage again to have it re-shipped.

 Return Policies

- Upon receiving your item, if there is noticeable damage or fault, please contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged area.

- Australian buyers will be able to receive a full refund if the item is returned to us within 30 days.

- Return is not accepted if the damage is limited to the outer box of the product or if the item is unclaimed.

- Always consult us by using the contact page before returning the item to us.
